After more than 20 years of leading the business, he returned to his roots and, in recent years, has focused on the concept, design, and development of our own applications that help shape the IT world. Beyond software development, his passion lies in crafting custom furniture by hand from unusual woods.

Jiří Bureš

CFO, Solution Architect

Over the course of his twenty years with the company, he has gained experience across many areas. Today, as a Solution Architect, he oversees all ERP implementations. At the same time, as Managing Director, he is responsible for the company’s financial operations and overall strategic direction. Outside of implementation projects, he most enjoys riding his mountain bike and taking on opponents on the badminton court.

Tomáš Rokos

COO

He began his journey with the company as Sales Director. Still, his strong organizational and communication skills — along with a deep understanding of company processes — quickly led him to the Operations Director role. Today, he keeps the entire company running smoothly and oversees project delivery across departments. He relaxes best with a camera in hand — whether traveling the world or working behind the lens on his own video projects.

Zdeněk Fridrichovský

Development Manager

Technology has been his lifelong passion, and he has been a key part of the development team for nearly two decades. He is responsible for the technology portfolio, its growth, and overall strategic direction. His home and garden are a showcase of intelligent automation — because if something can be connected and automated, Zdeněk can make it happen with ease.

Project Manager

She has project management down to a science, and her ability to balance priorities and capacities makes her an indispensable part of the team. She leads projects with confidence while ensuring smooth coordination between our customers and us. In her free time, she enjoys discovering exotic destinations, where she finds new energy and inspiration.

David Frais

Project Manager

He smoothly transitioned from his original role as an Account Manager to a Project Manager, where he fully leverages his precision and strong time management. He keeps an eye on project milestones, watches over plans, and brings his own energy and drive to the team. Just as consistently as he approaches his work, he approaches his lifestyle — he’s passionate about fitness, healthy food, and staying active.

Kateřina Tillingerová

Marketing & HR Manager

She brings together empathy, creativity, and the ability to develop both people and company culture. She leads our marketing and HR activities, and her human-centered approach helps build natural connections across the entire company. She recharges best on mountain hikes in nature — ideally accompanied by her four-legged companion.

Petr Tauš

Sales Manager

He is a driving force behind the sales team, with a strong ability to build relationships and turn opportunities into successfully closed deals. He sees things through to the end with both elegance and consistency. In his free time, he enjoys sports — most often you’ll find him on the ice with a hockey stick or carving down a ski slope.

Richard Handlíř

Team Leader – Manufacturing

One of the longest-serving members of the team, closely connected with the company almost since its very beginnings. Thanks to his expertise and extensive experience, he leads the manufacturing team with a steady hand and delivers excellent results. In his free time, you’ll find him in the garden or out in nature — growing his own produce or enjoying some well-earned time with his beloved granddaughter.

Martin Ilek

Team Leader – Project Management

Organization, precision, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction are his key strengths. He leads the project management team and makes sure every detail is precisely where it should be. Outside of work, music is his passion — he plays in a band, composes his own songs, and his most loyal companion is the piano.

Jakub Sviderek

Team Leader – Warehousing

An exceptionally versatile team member who feels equally at home in development, consulting, and team leadership. He manages projects in warehousing and distribution, bringing strong technical expertise and solid process know-how. Outside of work, he values time spent with his family the most and enjoys heading to the mountains to recharge and find some peace.
